These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zippersells.com and any purchase you make with us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
About Our Products
ZipperSells sells digital products only — game top-ups, gift cards, and subscription codes. We do not ship physical goods. All products are delivered electronically, typically to the email address you provide at checkout, or directly to the game account you submit for direct top-up products.
Pricing & Currency
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. If you select a different display currency, the amount shown is only an estimate — your order is always charged based on our PKR price at the time of purchase.
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, and any account details required for delivery — is accurate and belongs to you or an account you are authorized to use. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we suspect is fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.
Account Access for Direct Top-Ups
Certain products require you to provide login details or a Player ID so we can complete the top-up directly on your account. By submitting these details, you authorize us to use them solely for that purpose. We recommend changing your password once your order is completed. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect account details provided by you.
Delivery Times
Most digital gift cards are delivered within 5 to 15 minutes of payment confirmation. Direct top-up products may take longer — generally between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the product and our operating hours. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital codes delivered instantly, all sales are final once a code has been delivered or a top-up has been completed, except where:
- The product delivered was faulty, invalid, or already redeemed; or
- The order was never delivered due to an error on our part.
Gift cards are strictly region-locked — please confirm your account's region before ordering, as region-mismatched purchases cannot be refunded. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, contact us via our Contact Us page and we'll review your case.
Prohibited Use
You may not use ZipperSells to make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks, resell products in violation of the issuing platform's terms, use stolen payment methods, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.
Trademarks & Third-Party Platforms
Product names, logos, and brands such as PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Fortnite, and PUBG Mobile are trademarks of their respective owners. ZipperSells is an independent retailer and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these brands unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
ZipperSells provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g. game publishers or payment providers) outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
