These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZipperSells website and your purchase of digital gift cards, game cards, top-ups, and subscriptions from us. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Our Products
ZipperSells sells digital products only â gift cards, game cards, top-ups, and subscription codes. All products are delivered electronically by email; we do not ship any physical items. Delivery times may vary but are typically instant or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your order.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues, and will issue a refund where payment has already been received for a cancelled order.
Digital Delivery
Your gift card code, game card code, or subscription details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address. It is your responsibility to check any region restrictions, expiry dates, and redemption instructions specified by the issuing platform (e.g. PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Google Play) before purchasing, as these are set by the respective platform and not by ZipperSells.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are digital codes that can be used immediately upon delivery, all sales are final once a code has been delivered and/or redeemed, except where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a genuine error occurred on our part (such as sending an invalid or already-used code). If you believe you received a defective or incorrect code, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details so we can investigate.
We are not responsible for codes redeemed on an incorrect account or region, lost codes after delivery, or buyer’s remorse after a code has been sent.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; in such cases we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this site for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful purpose, including using stolen payment methods, attempting unauthorized chargebacks for delivered and valid codes, or reselling our products in a way that violates the terms of the issuing platform. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

Product names, logos, and brands such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam, Google Play, and others referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. ZipperSells is an independent retailer and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipperSells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products purchased, including but not limited to loss of access to a digital code, account, or service provided by a third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
